To facilitate Customs formalities at Cairo Airport and prompt dispatch of Ship's Spare Parts Parcels to / from Vessels the forwarder is kindly requested to dispatch such parcels as follows:

To comply with Customs regulations the Spare Parts must be air freighted and not forwarded by courier .

*Must be addressed in the Vessel's Name in transit.
C/O Intership-Port Said ( if Southbound Transit )
Or
C/O Intership-Suez ( if Northbound Transit )
Or
Intership-Alexandria ( if calling Alexandria )
It is very important that the Parcel and the Air way bill must be marked

And also the Parcel has to be marked on both sides

Please arrange that the parcel will arrive Cairo Airport prior to arrival of the Vessel in order to have time to carry out the Customs Clearance and deliver to Vessel in due time.

Advance advise of the Airway bill Number, the number of parcels ,copy of the invoice, the weight and the flight details , will be much appreciated.
