VESSELS CALLING AT EGYPTIAN PORTS FOR DISCHARGING OPERATIONS Documents Required:
Copies of manifests showing Cargo description , loading Port , Port of discharge ,
Shippers' Names , Number , Weights , Measurements Marks , Discharging Terms & any other remarks relating to handling operations.
Copies of full set of bills of lading Stowage Plan.
For Ships carrying
containers the bills of lading must be marked with the demurrage clause copy of charter party showing the terms of discharge freight earned should be shown on the relative documents i.e. C/P, BS/L… it is very essential
that the above mentioned documents should be on board vessel upon arrival at the Port of discharge for presentation to their Agents as well the concerned authorities |
